摘要
为了控制株型,对金边瑞香1年生组培生根苗进行多效唑处理,开展多效唑施用方式和浓度双因素完全随机区组试验。结果表明,与对照相比,所有处理均降低了植株高度,其中土壤浇施PP333 300 mg/L极显著降低高度,对金边瑞香1年生组培苗的矮化效果最好。
To control the plant shape,the experiment of two-way randomized block design in different applications and concentrations of PP333 were carried out on one-year old tissue cultural plants of Daphne odora var.marginata.The results showed that all treatments made the dwarfing effect and the treatment of soil irrigating 300 mg/L PP333 was significantly better in decreasing the plant height than the control.
