摘要
目的:观察超声引导下经皮硬化治疗淋巴管畸形的疗效,探讨其临床实用价值。方法:对10例临床诊断为淋巴管畸形并经超声与磁共振检查确定病变类型、范围、大小的患者行超声引导下经皮硬化治疗。结果:治愈8例,有效2例。无过敏、局部溃破、肺纤维化等并发症发生。结论:超声引导下经皮硬化治疗淋巴管畸形,操作简单,定位准确,使损伤最小化,可避免或减少并发症的发生,提高疗效。
Objective：To investigate the effect and clinical applicable value of percutaneous sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound for lymphatic malformations.Methods：Ten cases of lymphatic malformations were treated with percutaneous sclerosis therapy guided by ultrasound,which the style,location and size were identified by ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging.Results：The lesion in 8 patients were complete disappearance,2 were obviously improved,which required a second of third therapy,the lesion were complete disappearance too.No allergy,no local ulceration and pulmonary fibrosis complications.Conclusions：Percutaneous sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound is accurate,minimally invasive,safe,and reliable for lymphatic malformations in body surface,which may avoid or decrease the happening of complications.
