摘要
综述一些主要乳品国家以及我国的生乳标准,对比我国与其他主要乳品国家生乳标准存在的差异,并且对我国生乳标准的逐步完善提出建议。
The present paper provides a review and comparison of raw milk national standards of China and main dairy counties.Meanwhile,proposals are put forward for gradually improving China s current national standards.
