摘要
在温室条件下,以吊蔓栽培的小西瓜桔宝为材料,在其果实生长盛期对植株进行不同光照强度处理(自然光和50%自然光),并对其功能叶的净光合速率(Pn),空气温度和叶温、光合有效辐射(PAR)、蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(Cond)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、水分利用率(WUE)测定。结果表明:50%自然光下,西瓜叶片会出现略微的"午睡"现象,自然光处理植株不会出"午睡"现象;9:00-10:00这个时间段,50%自然光下西瓜的Pn远小于自然光处理;其余时间,50%自然光植株的Pn并没有比自然光下生长的叶片低许多,甚至在15:00时出现的光合速率的第2个峰值时已经达到自然光的水平。
In the greenhouse,we used Stereo cultivate variety as JieBao to study the influence under different light intensity. The experiment treatment were natural lighting and 50% natural light; detemine plant Pn, Air temperature,blade temperature,PAR,E, Cond, Ci, WUE of leaves. The results show that under 50% natural lighting, watermelon leaves appeared nap a little,but natural light didn't have. Leaf under 50% natural lighting, its Pn was much less than nater light at 9:00 - 10:00 ;but at other times its Pn was similar.
