摘要
【目的】为丰富旱砂籽瓜及西瓜生理生态方面的研究,探索2种瓜类的栽培技术措施及旱砂地种植模式.【方法】以靖远旱砂地主栽籽瓜品种‘靖远大板’和主栽西瓜品种‘金花’为试材,测定分析了2种瓜类光合速率日变化的7项指标、光响应曲线、光饱和点及光补偿点等光合生理特征.【结果】‘金花’净光合速率日变化均值大于‘靖远大板’2.97μmol/(m2·s),无明显光合"午休"现象,而‘靖远大板’则有明显的光合午休;‘金花’的光饱和点及光补偿点较‘靖远大板’高242.43μmol/(m2·s)、14.45μmol/(m2·s);蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度是决定2种瓜类光合能力的关键因子.【结论】‘金花’在光合能力优于‘靖远大板’,但其蒸腾作用也更强烈,对水分的需求更大,相较之下‘靖远大板’虽光合能力较弱但抗旱保水性能更好,更适于干旱少雨的环境.
【Objective】To expand the research on physiological and ecological characteristics of seed melon and watermelon and enhance the cultivation techniques for growing the two types of melon in sandy land.【Method】Two main cultivars,seed watermelon‘Jingyuan Daban'and watermelon‘Jinhua',were selected to measure 7 photosynthetic indexes.【Result】The net photosynthetic rate of‘Jinhua'was 2.97μmol/(m^2·s)higher than ‘Jingyuan Daban'.Rather than ‘JinHua',the midday depression of photosynthesis was observed in‘Jingyuan Daban'.The light saturation point and light compensation point of‘Jinhua'were 242.43μmol/(m^2·s)and 14.45μmol/(m^2·s)higher than ‘Jingyuan Daban'respectively.The Tr and Ci were the key factors affecting the photosynthetic capacity of two cultivars.【Conclusion】The photosynthetic capacity of‘Jinhua'was higher than‘Jingyuan Daban',but its transpiration and water demand were also higher.Compared with ‘Jinhua',‘Jingyuan Daban'although performed lower photosynthetic ability,its drought resistance and water retention performance were better and was more suitable for arid environment.
