摘要
高职高专分散型毕业实习模式有着不确定的特点,毕业实习教学的管理成为新时期保证实习教学质量的一个关键问题。分析新时期高职高专毕业实习的特点及存在的矛盾,从实习岗位管理入手,确立系列管理制度,制定规范化管理文档,形成科学的管理机制,有效地遏制了"放羊式"实习模式,达到了科学管理实习教学质量的目的。
For the uncertainty of dispersed graduation field work mode in vocational colleges,the management is a key problem to ensure the quality.Analyzing the characteristics and existing conflicts in the new era,starting from the internship position management,the paper establishes a series of management rules,drafts normalized management documents and forms a scientific management mechanism to suppress the mode of ＂no guarding＂ effectively,which achieves the goal of scientific management internship.
