摘要
以明胶、阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备甲基嘧啶磷微胶囊悬浮剂。考察了反应条件对微胶囊包封率及平均粒径的影响,并确定了优惠工艺条件为:乳化时间为6min,芯壁比为5∶1,搅拌速度为600r/min,成囊pH值为4.1,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为60min。结果表明本研究制得的微胶囊悬浮剂,经热贮冷贮后包封率仍高于90%,悬浮率高于90%,分解率小于2%,平均粒径小于4.0μm。
Pirimiphos-methy CS was prepared with gelatin and arabic gum by complex coacervation. The effects of reaction conditions on the average particle size and encapsulation efficiency of microcapsules were investigated. The optimal conditions were as follows: emulsification time was 6 rain, the ratio of core to shell was 5:1, the stirring speed was 600 r/min, complex coacervation pH was 4.1, reaction temperature 50 ℃ and reaction time 60 rain. The result shows that the encapsulation rate was higher than 90%, the suspension rate was above 90%, the rate of decomposition was less than 2% and the average particle size was less than 4.0 μm during the hot storage and cold storage.
