摘要
目的:对比研究两种石英纤维桩的机械性能和结构特征。方法:选择锥形石英纤维桩D.T.Lightpost(DT)和表面带固位凹槽的锥形石英纤维桩Macro-Lock post(ML)各15根用作实验研究对象。万能测试机测试其机械性能,扫描电镜观察纤维桩结构,Image J软件分析纤维直径及含量。结果:DT和ML纤维桩的断裂载荷分别是116.70±12.55N、105.71±4.82N;弯曲强度分别是881.08±94.75MPa、798.13±36.40MPa;弹性模量分别是25.07±3.64GPa、19.75±2.25GPa,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纤维桩加载后断裂模式不同,DT组多在加载点处断裂,ML组易在固位凹槽处裂开。结构上,DT组纤维大小较ML组均匀,两组纤维平均直径分别是17.45±0.7um、16.90±2.2um;纤维含量73.47±2.27、72.84±1.82%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种纤维桩的机械性能差异有统计学意义,结构影响机械性能。
Objective: To compare the mechanical properties and structural characteristics of two quartz fiber posts.Methods: D.T.LIGHT POST(DT)and MACRO-LOCK POST(ML) were selected for this study with fifteen posts in each group.A universal testing machine was used to measure the mechanical properties.The structural characteristics were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Fiber diameter and density were evaluated by computer-assisted image analysis.Results: The fracture load was 116.70±12.55N for DT,105.71±4.82N for ML.The flexural strength was 881.08±94.75MPa for DT,798.13±36.40MPa for ML.The flexural modulus was 25.07±3.64Gpa for DT,19.75±2.25GPa for ML.There were significant differences between two groups(P 0.05).Moreover,the fracture mode was different.The DT post was fractured at the point of loading while the ML post was fractured at the place where the post structure was change.On the structure characteristics,the fiber size of DT post was more average than ML post.The mean value of fiber diameter was 17.45±0.7um for DT,16.90±2.2um for ML,and the density was 73.47±2.27% for DT,72.84±1.82 % for ML.There were no significant differences between two groups in the diameter and density of fibers(P 0.05).Conclusions: The two fiber posts displayed significant differences with regard to mechanical properties.To sum up,mechanical properties were proved to related to structural characteristics.
