摘要
通过多种研究方法探索长期、一次练习24式太极拳运动对不同人群血压、心率变异等方面的影响。研究表明:一次练习24式太极拳运动后受试者的SBP即刻升高,恢复时降低,青年一般组HR在运动中升高的幅度明显大于老年长期组和青年专业组;老年长期组的SDNN和RMSSD值安静时较低,运动中降低幅度较小,恢复过程中呈先升高后降低的趋势;太极拳运动中,青年一般组LF/HF值升高最快,其次是老年长期组和青年专业组;另外,长期太极拳运动可以降低运动中HR升高的幅度,提高HRV恢复速度和安静时迷走神经张力,使老年人心脏功能"年轻化";一次太极拳运动会使SBP显著升高、HRV降低,因此,高血压、冠心病等患者要谨慎练习。
With various research methods,the paper explores the impact of long time and once practice of 24-style Taijiquan on the BP and HRV of different groups of people.The research indicates that after practicing 24-style Taijiquan for once,the SBP of the subjects goes up immediately and reduces in the recovery.The HR of the youth general group goes up in the exercises more significantly than it in the senior long-term practice group and youth professional group.The SDNN and PMSSD value of the senior long-term group is lower when in statics,and its decreasing level in exercise is lower and in recovery it goes up first and reduces later.In the practice of Taijiquan,the LF/HF value of the general youth group increases the fastest and then followed by the senior long-term practice group and youth professional group.Moreover,long-term practice of Taijiquan can reduce the level of increase of the HR in exercises,improve the HRV recovery pace and the tension of vagus nerve so as to enhance the vibrant heart function of the seniors.Once practice of Taijiquan can significantly increase SBP and reduce HRV.Therefore people who suffer from high blood pressure,coronary disease shall be cautious in practice.
