摘要
以期口服避孕药的主要有效成分为雌激素和孕激素。随着口服避孕药使用的日益增多，其安全性问题也逐渐显露出来。本文综述了不同类型的口服避孕药已经发生和可能存在的不良反应及其机制．对口服避孕药与其它药物相互作用引起的不良反应以及使用注意事项做出阐述，同时评价了口服避孕药可能产生的非避孕益处。
The purpose of this paper is to provide data for reasonable and safe use of oral contraceptives. The main active ingredients of oral contraceptives are estrogen and progestogen. With the increased use of oral contraceptives, their safety problems began to emerge. This paper summarized the existing and potential adverse reactions and their mechanisms of different classes of oral contraceptives. Also, it illustrated the consequences caused by interactions between oral contraceptives and other medicines and discussed the cautions for the use of oral contraceptives. Besides, the non-contraceptive benefits of oral contraceptives were introduced.
