女性口服避孕药安全性的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 口服避孕药（Oral Contraceptives，OCs）是一种使用简便、效果良好而深受育龄妇女欢迎的避孕方法。在全世界范围内，有1亿以上的妇女（约占所有育龄妇女的10％）正在服用复方口服避孕药。口服避孕药的安全性一直受到人们的普遍关注，国内外对OCs的安全性已经有很多的报道。由于近20年来应用的OCs多为小剂量复合制剂，虽然象肝功能损害等直接的安全性问题越来越少，但是，OCs的应用和肿瘤、心血管疾病等有些疾病的关系仍然有待于进一步研究。本文拟对OCs与一些疾病的关系作一介绍。
