摘要
目的通过对临床药师干预前后该院普外科清洁手术围手术期抗菌药物的预防使用情况的对比分析,进一步提高清洁手术围手术期预防性使用抗生素的合理性。方法对该院普外科2011年1~6月116例和2012年1~6月107例清洁手术围手术期抗菌药物的预防应用使用率、药物选择、给药时机、用法用量、感染率等进行统计评价及对比分析。结果 2011年1~6月116例普外科清洁手术围手术期抗菌药物预防应用率达99.13%,平均用药时间5.2 d,选药合理率为80.00%,用药时机100.00%为术后当天给药。其中选择第1代头孢菌素的占80.00%;选择2代头孢菌素和头霉素的占14.78%;选择单环β-内酰胺类的占0.87%;选择青霉素类或头孢菌素类加酶抑制剂的占4.34%;选择喹诺酮类的占0.87%。2012年1~6月107例普外科清洁手术围手术期抗菌药物使用率为0。结论通过临床药师有效的药学服务和合理干预,使我院普外科清洁手术围手术期抗菌药物的预防应用更加合理、规范。
[Objective] To make contrastive analysis of antibacterial preventive application in clean operation during perioperative period in our hospital. [Methods ] The utilizations, drug selections, administration occasions, dosages and usages, infection rates of perioperative preventive use of antibiotics in clean operations of 116 cases were counted and compared from January to June in 2011 and 107 cases from January to June in 2012 of our hos- pital. [Results] Regarding 116 cases from January to June in 2011 percent of preventive application reached 99.13%, the mean medication time was 5.2 days, percent of drug selection rationality was 80%, administration occa- sion was 100% after the operation. The first-generation cephalosporins counted up for 80%; second generation cephalosporins and cephamycin were 14.78%; the monocyclic [5-1actams was 0.87%; penicillins or cephalosporins enzyme inhibitors accounted for 4.34%; quinolones accounted for 0.87%. While regarding 107 cases from January to June in 2012, there was no one using antibaeterials, percent of preventive application was zero. [Conclusion] By clinical pharmacists providing pharmacy services and reasonable intervention, our antibacterial preventive applica- tion in clean operation during perioperative period of general surgery will become more reasonable and specification.
