摘要
目的：了解门急诊开具处方的合理性．为规范和改进医院处方点评工作，提高处方质量．规范医疗行为．促进合理用药。方法：处方点评工作小组随机抽取我院2011年1～6月份每月门急诊处方100张．总计600张．进行审核点评及统计分析。结果：在抽查点评的600张处方中．不合格处方268张（4467％）其中书写不规范处方占234张（873％），其次不适宜处方30张（11．2％）．超常处方4张（1．5％）。结论：处方点评是医疗机构处方调配后的药物应用评价．为医疗机构自我评价、监督合理用药水平的依据。通过实施处方评价监控临床用药，可提高临床合理用药水平．保障用药安全。
Objective： To study the rationality of prescription in the outpatient and emergency department, standardize the process of prescription review and improve prescription quality and rational drug use. Mothods： 100 prescriptions per month, a total of 600 prescriptions, were randomly selected from outpatient and emergency department between January and June 2011. Results： 268 prescriptions were unqualified（44.67%）. Of the unqualified prescriptions, 234 （87.3%） failed because of inappropriate writing, followed by 30 prescriptions with improper drug use （11.2%）, abnormal prescriptions 4 （1.5%）. Conclusion： Drug Prescription analysis is the selfevaluation of drug use after dispensing. Through this process, Clinical prescription could be monitored, rational drug use could be improved and patient safety could be guaranteed.
