摘要
目的探讨高血压脑出血的外科治疗方法及相关性问题。方法回顾性分析323例高血压脑出血病例资料,分析其手术适应证、时机、方式及术后处理对治疗效果的影响。结果术后死亡48例;存活275例,其中按ADL分级:Ⅰ级105例;Ⅱ级80例;Ⅲ级54例;Ⅳ级27例;V级9例。结论高血压脑出血外科手术效果良好,掌握手术适应证、手术时机及选择合适的手术方式,能明显降低病死率及致残率,提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the methods and related problems of surgical treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 323 patients of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed and researched the influence of some factors such as surgical indications, operation time, surgical methods and postoperative treatment for treating effects. Result The postoperative deaths were in 48 patients and 275 patients survived. According to the classification of ADL： 105 patients was level I ; 80 patients of level II ;54 patients of level m ;27 patients of level IV and 9 patients of level V. Conclusion Surgical treatment is effective for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Grasping surgical indications, operation time and choosing appropriate surgical methods can significantly reduce mortality and morbidity and enhance the curative rate.
