摘要
目的探讨小骨窗开颅术治疗高血压脑出血的有效性及治疗原则。方法回顾性分析25例高血压脑出血经小骨窗开颅术治疗的临床资料。结果25例病例中,22例意识完全恢复,1例植物生存,2例病情无好转放弃治疗。无一例因手术而导致病情加重。结论 小骨窗开颅术是一种简单、快捷、有效、损伤小的手术方法。但病例的选择、手术技巧、及术后处理极为重要,直接影响到手术治疗效果。
Objective To probe into the effect and treating principle of small hole craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive intercerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of consecutive 25 patients with the hypertensive intercerebral hemorrhage, treated from January 1999 to June 2002 in our department, were reviewed. Results Of all 25 patients, the consciousness was perfectly recovered in 22 patients, vegetative state occurred in l patient and 2 patients gave up treating. No patients deteriorated in intercerbral hemorrhage. Conclusion The small hole craniotomy is simple, fast, effectual, less of damage. But the choice of the patients, the operating skills and the treatment after operation are important. They may certainly influence treating result after operation.
