摘要
仓储物流业务是国际海运物流业务中的关键环节,自成体系,具有独立性,同时其业务具有重复性、复杂性、灵活性、多变性等特点。不同的客户因自身情况的不同,需要的仓储服务也不尽相同,即仓储物流中心需要向客户提供个性化服务,因此客户个性化需求的表达及其在业务运作过程中的可满足性是仓储物流中心亟待解决的问题。本文以提高仓储物流中心的服务能力为目的,研究和探讨了个性化需求的表达方法和基于个性化需求约束的服务发现和服务选择方法,最终使客户满意度得到很大程度的提高。
Warehousing logistics business is the key link in international shipping logistics business, and it has independence 、repeatability、complexity、flexibility、polytrope and so on . Different customers need different warehousing logistics services because of the different circumstance of themselves, it means that the warehousing logistics center need to provide personalized service, so the expression of personalized needs and its satisfiability in process of business is problem to be solved of warehousing logistics center. In the paper, through analysis on the method of the expression of personalized needs and the service discovery and service selection method based on the personalized needs constraint, we improve the service ability of warehousing logistics center and the degree of satisfaction of customers.
