摘要
为满足各个企业及其部门对物料清单(BOM)形式与意义的不同需求,以动态建模思想为基础,提出了BOM的柔性化定义。分析了BOM的数据组成及其特点,指出了产品数据与BOM之间的二维相关性,利用面向对象的方法建立了BOM柔性化定义对象模型,通过5个元类描述适合企业具体情况的实体对象类和关系对象类,从而动态建立具体的BOM对象模型。该方法已应用于工艺信息管理系统的设计中。结果表明:该方法能很好满足企业对BOM定义的个性化定制和动态更改的需求。
The various needs of a wide variety of users result in a wide variety of forms and definitions of a bill of material (BOM). A flexible definition of BOM based on dynamic modeling was used to analyze its data and characteristics and the two-dimensional relativity between product data and the BOM. An object model flexibly defining BOM was built using the object-oriented method. A specific object model of BOM was dynamically built by describing the entity classes and relationship classes for various user conditions with five meta-classes. The method has been implemented in a project. The result shows that the method can satisfactorily meet the users' customization and dynamic modification requirements for the definition of the BOM.
