随着社会经济的快速发展,高速公路作为社会经济发展的一项重要基础资源,运输需求日益增大,而如何对高速公路交通运营状态进行控制、监督和指导,如何对运营单位日常工作内容、工作情况进行监督管理。而本文就是在这一需求的基础上提出了一种高速公路运营监督管理信息化建设解决方案,并对该方案的实现提供了一种完整、科学、易于操作和控制的软件系统。本系统在实际应用中很好的服务于高速公路监控管理业务。
