摘要
磨煤机是火电厂大量采用的重要辅助设备之一。但是到目前为止,大多数电厂尚未能实现自动控制,主要是因为球磨机控制系统是一个多输入、多输出的强耦合、非线性、大延迟、大惯性的被控对象,动态特性复杂,数学模型难以准确建立,对于它的控制存在一定的难度。而对于常规的PID控制规律难以获得满意的控制效果。本文结合火电厂球磨机控制系统的实际情况,分析了球磨机的动态特性,探讨了模糊控制技术在球磨机自动控制中的应用,提出了模糊控制方案并进行仿真。结果表明,所设计的模糊控制系统有较强的抗干扰能力,使球磨机系统控制品质有所提高。
Ball tube mill is one of the most important auxiliary equipments in domestic power plants nowadays. However, most mills are still in the state of manual control. The reason is that mill governing system has mufti-inputs and mufti-outputs, strong coupling, tardiness, inertia and complicated dynamic character. It has some difficulty for the control of this system. Using three traditional PID controllers isolated, the satisfactory purpose is impossible and it can't run in the best situation. This paper combined control system of ball mill and the reality of overage grind, analyze the dynamic characteristics of ball mill, discuss the fuzzy control technology in the automatic control of ball mill, and present a fuzzy control method and simulation. The result shows that, in this paper the fuzzy control system has strong anti-jamming capability and improves control quality of ball mill system.
