中储式球磨机制粉系统的全程优化控制

摘要 介绍一种实用的中储式球磨机制粉优化控制系统,此系统分为稳态优化控制和制粉系统启停优化控制。稳态控制采用三层控制方式,将控制分为模糊回路控制层、解耦系数控制层和目标优化控制层。系统启停控制将过程控制、调节控制、协调控制相结合,实现优化复杂系统过程控制。系统的实际实施效果表明,该优化控制系统实现了制粉系统的全自动控制,运行稳定可靠,节能效果显著,可自动适用于各种不同煤质。 A practical optimization control system of ball mill pulverizing system with intermediate bin is introduced. This system includes steady state optimization control and start stop optimization control of pulverized coal system. The steady state control adopts three-level control mode,including fuzzy control, decoupled coefficient control and target optimization control. The start-stop control combined process control, regulation control and coordination control so as to realize complicated process control. The implementation shows the whole pulverized coal system automation is realized by using such optimization control system. This system, which is in stable operation and energy saving, could automatically adapt to different kinds of coals.
