摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素联合支肺汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法 104例患儿随机分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(50例),对照组单用阿奇霉素10mg/kg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液静脉滴注,1次/d,连用5d停2d,7d为1个疗程,连用2疗程。治疗组在此基础上加用中药制剂支肺汤,1剂/d,水煎2次,取汁300mL,分次温服14d。结果治疗组痊愈率74.08%,总有效率96.30%;对照组痊愈率38.00%,总有效率78.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组症状消失时间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿奇霉素联合支肺汤能快速改善患儿的症状和体征,缩短疗程,提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of azithromycin combined with Zhifei soup in treating pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 104 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（54 cases） and control group （50 eases）. The control group was treated with azithromycin （10mg/kg） added into Sodium chloride （0.9%） through Intravenous drip, 1 time daily, continue for 5 days and stopped for 2 days,7 days as a course of treatment,and continued for 2 courses. The treatment group added the Chinese native medicine Zifei soup, 1 dose daily, water frying 2 times, taking juice 300 mL,taking for 14 days with warm temperature. Results The recovery and effective rate in treatment group was 74.08% and 96.30% ,respectively,those in control was 38.00% and 78.00%, respectively. There were significant differences between 2 groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The treatment group was better than control in the symptom disappear time, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Zhifei soup can improve the symptoms and signs of the patients quickly, shorten the course of treatment periods, and improve the recovery rate.
