亚健康人血浆流变行为变化及己酮可可碱治疗作用 被引量:2

The Changes of Plasma Rheologicai Behavior and the Therapy Function of Pentoxifylline in Sub-healthy People

摘要 目的通过研究亚健康人血浆流变行为变化.探讨血浆流变行为改变在亚健康发生和发展过程中的作用,同时探讨己酮可可碱(Pentoxifylline.PTX)对亚健康血浆流变行为的干预作用及疗效。方法选择明确诊断的100例亚健康人,其中男50例,女50例,平均年龄35.82±18.64岁。采用PTX氯化钠注射液0.2g(首日0.1g),每Et一次,静点,每15d一个疗程。采用BV-100型血液流变仪和BVPM.15型布莱德多项投影显微镜系统,检测100例亚健康人治疗前当天(治前组)和一个疗程后第一天(治后组)的血浆黏度、胆固醇结晶及脂质团块数量,并与健康组的检测结果对照,然后再对治疗前后的观测结果进行对比分析.同时比较治疗前后的症状变化,判断治疗效果。结果健康组与治前组比较:后者血浆黏度为1.66±0.45mPa-S,高于健康组的1.37±0.38mPa·S,胆固醇结晶及血浆脂质团块数量均多于健康组。治前组与治后组比较:后者血浆黏度为1.39.4-0.41mPa·S,低于治前组;胆固醇结晶及血浆脂质团块均较治前组减少。结论亚健康人存在血浆流变行为的改变,检测血浆流变行为对诊断和评估亚健康有意义。PTX能改善血浆流变性,对亚健康有较好的疗效。 Objective Through observe the changes of plasma rheological behavior, to explore the effect of rheological behavior on the occurrence and development of sub-health,and the effect of pentoxifylline on the rheological behavior of sub-health.Method One hundred sub-healthy patients were divided into two groups according to gender, each group 50 peoples,average age 37.87 + 16.34 years old.The one-hundred sub-healthy patients as treatment group.Intravenous drip pentoxifylline 0.2g(0.1g the first time) every day.Treatment 15 days.We used the Bulwer's microscope to observe cholesterol crystals and lipid mass quantity and used BV-100 viscometer to measure plasma viscosity before and after treatment.One hundred healthy people were detected,the results as control.At the same time,we recorded the changes of symptoms.Results The plasma rheological of therapy group (1.66 + 0.45)mPa · s,was higher than the health group (1.37 + 0.38)mPa · s.Compared with before and after therapy group,the plasma rheological after therapy were lower than before therapy,(1.39 + 0.41)mPa · s. Cholesterol crystals and lipid mass quantity deceased after therapy.Conclusion The sub-healthy peoples have abnormally plasma theological behavior.Pentoxifylline can improve the changes of plasma rheological behavior.
