摘要 《韩非子》一书中有着丰富的管理思想,用人思想是其中重要的一个方面。其管理思想的基础和前提是人性自私论。韩非提倡君主善用人,不能事必躬亲。对人才要有合理的选拔标准和途径,尤其要有自己的决断力,能够根据下级的工作实绩进行选拔辩智且洁修的人才。他主张使法择人,基层选拔,袭节而进,逐级晋升,提拔实用性人才。还要摒弃人情,任人唯贤,良好的道德品质是提拔的前提,并且提倡内部提拔。在用人原则上,他强调"一人不兼官,一官不兼事",一职不设二官,用人不疑,用人所长,并且指出作为管理者的君主无需有所长。 There are copious discussions on management in Han Fei Zi,using talents is one dimension.The foundation and prerequisite of his management thoughts is the selfnessof human's nature.Han Fei advocates that leaders should properly delegate,and must not do everything on his own.There should be proper standards for and approaches to the promotion of talents,and the decision power on the leader's side is indispensable.He claims that talents should be selected according to their work performance and from the grassroots,and be promoted step by step.The candidates should be both smart and noble-minded.The leader's relatives and enemies should also be recommended so long as they have the capabilities.Good morals are the precondition.Insiders should be promoted first.He hold the point of one official for one position.Don't doubt the official that has been authorized,and the advantages of the talents should be fully utilized.He points out that as a manager,the emperor does not need any specific techniques.
