二例乳腺及甲状腺多原发癌 被引量：5

摘要 多原发癌（multiple primary carcinomas，MPC），又称重复癌（double primary carcinomas），是指同一器官或不同器官同时或先后发生的2种或2种以上的原发性恶性肿瘤。MPC是肿瘤发生学上较少见的现象，但随着检查技术的发展和恶性肿瘤患者生存率的提高，MPC发生率呈逐渐上升趋势。MPC常发生在成对或同一系统器官，尤以消化器官多见，其他组织、器官相对少见。现将武汉市中心医院甲状腺乳腺外科收治的2例乳腺及甲状腺MPC报道如下。
