摘要
发展低碳经济是实现可持续发展的必然选择,建设低碳乡村更是在低碳经济背景下的一种新型生态发展模式,是实现人与自然协调发展的必然趋势。叙述了低碳乡村的内涵和特点,运用复合法从产业结构低碳化、农业生产低碳化、能源结构低碳化、基础设施低碳化、科技发展低碳化、生活方式低碳化、废物处理低碳化、乡村环境低碳化等8个方面选取指标进行分析,并尝试构建低碳乡村的评价指标体系。
Developing low-carbon economy is the inevitable selection for sustainable development.Constructing low-carbon country is a kind of new ecological development model under the background of low-carbon economy,and is the inevitable trend to realize harmonious development between human and nature.The connotation and characteristics of low-carbon countryside were described.Then,the composite method was applied to analyze the indexes which were selected from low-carbon industrial structure,low-carbon agricultural production,low-carbon energy structure,low-carbon infrastructure,low-carbon development of science and technology,low-carbon life style,low-carbon waste treatment and low-carbon countryside environment.In the end,the evaluation index system for low-carbon countryside attempted to be established.
