摘要
本研究以201家资源型企业为研究样本,开发了环境规制与技术创新绩效的量表,实证检验了环境规制对技术创新绩效的影响,以及制度环境在其中所起的调节作用.研究结论表明,命令—控制性环境规制对技术创新经济绩效和生态绩效的正向影响都不显著,激励性环境规制和自愿性环境规制对技术创新经济绩效和生态绩效都有显著正向影响,制度环境在环境规制与技术创新绩效之间起到正向的调节作用.
Based on the research sample of 201 resources-based enterprises,firstly,it develops the scale table of environmental regulation and technological innovation performance,and then conducts an empirical test of the impact of environmental regulation on technological innovation performance,as well as the moderating role of institutional environment between them.The results show that command-control environmental regulation has insignificant effects on technological innovation economic performance and ecological performance while incentive environmental regulation and voluntary environmental regulation have significant positive effects on technological innovation economic performance and ecological performance.It also concludes that institutional environment plays a positive regulating role between environmental regulation and technological innovation performance.
