摘要本文面向技术创新,展开对技术标准形成路径的研究,旨在为提高我国的技术标准整体水平,进而提升我国的自主创新能力提供理论参考和借鉴.面向技术创新的技术标准形成路径包括技术路径、经济路径和规制路径,技术标准的形成以技术为基础,以经济为动力,同时受到规制主体的作用,技术标准正是在这三个方面因素的综合作用下建立、发展和替代. Here it unfolds a research on the path of forming technical standards oriented to technical innovation.The purpose of it is to provide theoretical reference for upgrading the whole level of Chinese technical standards and then enhance Chinese independent innovation capability.The forming path of technical standards oriented to technical innovation consists of three aspects,such as technology path,economic path and regulation path.The formation of technical standards is based on technology,motivated by economy,influenced by main regulations.The technical standards are just formed,developed and sustituted under the integrated function of these three aspects.
