摘要 本文的目的是识别模仿行为的劣势,即模仿中的陷阱问题.本文选择5家案例企业,运用理论与实践、现状与问题的双重对比分析,采用多案例研究方法,总结企业模仿的六大陷阱.陷阱包括:动因中,战略方向模糊;模仿路径中,偏重开发,忽视探索;信息来源中,只求显性知识,不究隐性知识;发生方式中,模仿目标缺乏战略匹配性;在实施过程中,多为单回路学习,缺乏双回路学习;模仿效果中,成功标准不明确.最后,指出研究的理论意义和管理启示. The purpose of it is to identify disadvantage of imitation associated with imitative processes,namely imitative traps.Based on comparative analysis of double standard between theory and practice,status quo and problem in five enterprises with multiple case study,it summarized six traps in imitation among enterprises as follows.Firstly,the motive of imitation is ambiguous.Secondly,it focuses on exploitation and neglects exploration in the paths.Thirdly,it only pursues explicit knowledge while ignoring tacit knowledge for the information sources.Fourthly,it lacks fitness between imitative purpose and strategy in imitative mechanisms.Fifthly,there are more sing-loop learnings but less double-loop learnings in the implementing process.Finally,success criteria are obscure for imitative effects.In the end,it points out the theoretical and practical significances.
