摘要
以油茶枯饼为主要原料,以地衣芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉、葡萄汁酵母和米曲霉组成的混合菌种为发酵菌种,优化生产蛋白饲料的发酵条件。其最佳工艺条件为:在150 mL的三角瓶中,培养周期为5 d,装料量20 g,总接种量5%,油茶枯饼发酵后的粗蛋白质量分数可提高至18.19%。
The fermentation process of cell protein feeds production from oil-tea camellia Cake is studied,which is treated by Bacillus licheniformis,Aspergillus niger,Saccharomyces uvarum and Aspergillus oryzae.The optimal culture conditions are as follows: in 150 mL of a triangular flask,the fermentation time of 5 day,loading volume of the fermentation medium of 20 g, inoculation size of 5%.Under these conditions,protein content of fermented product reaches 18.19%.
