摘要
传统E-Learning学习资源是静态的、结构封闭的,且内容更新迟缓;而未来泛在学习则要求学习资源能够实现动态生成和不断的进化发展,以及信息资源的持续性链接。"国家数字化学习资源中心"项目启动于当前对数字资源要求日益升级的大环境下,在资源建设过程中充分考虑了资源内容和结构的动态生成性和可进化性。本文简要介绍了"学习资源进化"的概念及内涵,基于该理论对资源中心的资源现状进行了详细分析。最后,本文结合资源进化理论对资源中心的资源建设提出了若干建议。
Resources of E-learning are traditionally static,structurally closed and delayed in upgrading their contents,while future Ubiquitous Learning requires that resources be dynamically generated,continuously evolved,and easily accessed.National E-learning Resource Center Project was launched in response to the increased demand for digitalized resources,and in consideration of their contents and structure's dynamic generation and evolution.This paper firstly introduces Theory of Digitalized Resources Evolution,then it adopts the Theory to analyze the current situation in the Center,finally it puts forward some proposals in resources development.
