摘要 骨质疏松症(OP)是一种以骨量减少、骨微观结构破坏、骨骼脆性及骨折危险度增加为特征的全身性骨代谢疾病,主要为骨重建过程中骨吸收和骨形成失衡。本文综述OP相关重要信号转导通路。 Osteoporosis (OP) is a systemic metabolic bone disease, which can be characterized by a decreased bone mass, bone microstucture damage, bone fragility and fracture risk. The imbalance between bone resorption and bone formation in the process of bone remodeling is the main problem in bone remodeling. This review focuses on the signaling pathways in the process of OP.
