摘要
[目的]了解徐州市各种疫苗预防接种异常反应的发生情况,评价徐州市疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测系统的运行状况。[方法]对该系统2008～2009年所收集的徐州市AEFI病例进行描述性分析。[结果]全市共报告AEFI 783例,发生率为8.68/10万。AEFI发生率,一般反应为6.74/10万,异常反应为1.78/10万,偶合症为0.06/10万,心因性反应为0.09/10;男性为10.13/10万,女性为7.12/10万(P<0.01)。783例中,<2岁者占66.80%。在所使用的25种疫苗中有20种出现不良反应,23价肺炎疫苗和无细胞百白破疫苗的发生率最高,分别68.63/10万和26.03/10万。在报告的预防接种不良反应中,发热/红肿/硬结病例占77.65%。[结论]徐州市的预防接种异常反应监测系统运转良好。
[Objective]To understand the incidence of AEFI for vaccines in Xuzhou,so as to evaluate the operation of AEFI system.[Methods]The AEFI cases from the surveillance system were collected and analyzed for 2008-2009.[Results]783 cases were reportel,6.74/105 for general reaction,1.78/105 for abnormal,and psychogenic reactions of 0.09/105.The incidence of men was 10.13/105,and 7.12/105 for women.the ratio for children less than 2 years was 66.80%.Among the 25 vaccines,20 vaccines had adverse reaction,with the incience 8.68/105 the proportion of Pneumovax 23 and Diphtheria Tetanus and Acellular Pertussis Combined Vaccine.Adsorbed were 68.63/105 and 26.03/105 respectively,Fever/swelling/induration was 77.65% among the all adverse events.[Conclusion]The AEFI surveillance system is working well,and plays an important role in evaluating vaccine safety finding risk factors and improving the quality of vaccination services.
