摘要
介绍食品添加剂的作用、国内主要生产企业概况类别和品种,食品添加剂添加原则及要求。应严格按照国家标准GB2760-2011《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》执行。国内食品安全问题则在加工过程中出现多加或滥加现象而影响人们身体健康,最后提出一些意见,供参考。
It introduced the role of food additives, the categories and varieties of the major domestic manufac- turers, adding principles and requirements of food additives. The national standard GB2760-2011 ＂Hygienic stan- dards for uses of food additives＂ should be strictly implemented. Domestic food safety issues were more. or abusive behavior in the processing leading to affect the people＇s health. Finally, some advices were provided for reference.
