摘要
采用磷系阻燃剂对锦纶织物进行阻燃整理。探讨了各因素对阻燃效果的影响,得出锦纶织物阻燃整理优化工艺为阻燃剂200 g/L、助剂15 g/L、浸渍温度60℃×3 h。经整理的织物中甲醛含量0.43 mg/kg,且水洗15次后阻燃性能达到美国航空防火标准,有较好的阻燃性和耐久性。
Nylon fabric was finished with phosphorus flame retardant agent. The influences of flame retardant agent, additive, dipping conditions on the flame - retardant effect were investigated. Experiments resulted in an optimized condition as flame retardant agent being 200g/L, additive being 15g/L and dipping temperature being 60℃×3hours. Formaldehyde remainded in the finished fabric is 0.43mg/kg and after washed 15 times, its flame retardant performance can still meet the fire safety standards of American airlines. The finished fabric features good flame retardance and durability.
