摘要
将阻燃涤纶短纤与不同比例的芳纶1313短纤混纺,制得5种混纺纱线。通过热重测试、耐湿热性能测试(沸水收缩率)、耐干热性能测试对混纺纱线热性能进行研究分析,并通过电镜(SEM)观察对高温处理后混纺纱线的形态进行研究。结果表明:随着芳纶1313所占比例的增大,混纺纱线的吸湿性能、耐热性能随之提高。混纺纱线在高温处理时,芳纶1313可以有效地形成支架保护,防止熔融的阻燃涤纶滴落。通过观测纱线燃烧时熔滴状况可以证明:将阻燃涤纶与芳纶1313混纺可以解决阻燃涤纶燃烧时熔滴滴落问题。
With different percentage of Aramid 1313 staple fibre added, 5 flame retardant polyester blended yarns were produced. Hygroscopic property, thermal properties (boil water shrinkage) and dry heat resistance of the blended yarns were researched and analysed. Meanwhile, microscopic observation of the formation of the blended yarns after high-tempernture treatment was acquired by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The result shows that:With the percentage of Aramid 1313 increased, hygroscopic property and thermal properties of the blended yams were improved. In hot environment, Aramid 1313 formed effective support to prevent molten drop down. And by observe the status of molten drop down when the blended yams burned, blend with Aramid 1313 could solve the problem of molten drop down when flame retardant polyester was burning.
