摘要
目的 观察中药加紫外线照射充血回输法 (UBIO)治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效。方法 将 5 6例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为 2组 ,为中药合UBIO疗法组和单用UBIO组治疗 2个月以后观察临床疗效与实验室检测结果。结果 中药合UBIO组临床疗效优于UBIO组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血液流变学指标中药加UBIO疗法中药明显优于单纯UBIO疗法 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 中药结合UBIO疗法是一种更为有效地治疗口腔扁平苔藓的方法。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of herbal medicines and UBIO in treating OLP. METHOD: 56 cases of OLP were divided randomly into 2 groups. The treatment group was treated with both herbal medicines and UBIO, while the control was only treated with UBIO. After two-month treatment, both clinical effects and laboratory results were evaluated.RESULTS:Both the clinical effects and laboratory results of the treatment group were better than those of the control ( P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION:Administration of both herbal medicines and UBIO is a more effective way to deal with OLP
