摘要
目的探讨有效治疗胃相关性扁平苔藓的方法。方法随机将60例口腔扁平苔藓并伴有胃病患者分为治疗组与对照组。对照组采用2%利多卡因加曲安奈德作黏膜下封闭,治疗组在封闭治疗的基础上,消除口腔及牙齿局部不利因素,并且给予补充维生素、钙制剂,给予复方铝酸铋胶囊(威安)治疗胃病,配合氯喹、白芍总苷及心理干预治疗,观察各组的有效率及复发率,观察外周血治疗前、后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为90.00%,经统计学处理,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访1年治疗组复发率21.43%,对照组77.78%,统计学差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8升高,CD8降低。IgA、IgG含量变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用系统治疗胃相关性口腔扁平苔藓是一种有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the method of curing the OLP of the stomach relativity. Methods 60 OLP patients of the stomach relativity were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30）and control group（n=30）.The control group was treated to use 2% lidocainum plus Triamcinolone Acetonide for submucosal closed. In a closed foundation,the treatment group was treated to eliminate oral and dental partial negative factors, and given vitamin supplements, calcium preparations, to give Compound Bismuth Aluminate Capsules（Weian）in treatment of stomach, with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets, Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules and psychological intervention.To observe the rate of efficient and recurrence. To observe the changes in peripheral blood before and after treatment in T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin.Results The treatment group is efficient for 93.33%, the control group for 90.00%.Statistically,there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Follow-up 1 year the treatment group recurrence rate was 21.43%, the control group 77.78%, statistically,there was significant difference（P0. 01）. After treatment CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 increased, CD8 reduced. IgA, IgG concentration changes are significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Used for the system treatment of stomach-related oral lichen planus is an effective treatment.
