摘要
通过对传统的靠模仿形车床数控化改造,将其随动系统与数控系统伺服控制有机结合起来,在加工内燃机中凸变椭圆活塞等非圆截面的零件时,克服液压仿形车床纵横向运动不同步现象,实现X轴(横向)与Z轴(纵向)合成插补进给切削,达到非圆截面仿形加工程序段(行)之间平滑无缝连接,可控、可调和工序集中,提高仿形加工效率和加工精度。
Combined the copy form lathesj followed systems with numerical control systems by transforming the traditional numerical lathes. To prevent form their hydraulic copy lathe longitudinal notion phenomenon in processing noncircular section parts, such as internal combustion engines mutations oval piston and noncircular section parts. Their X anis and Z anis can more and cut the parts in the same time successfully. Through the transformation, the mechanical the efficiently and precision will be improved greatly.
