摘要
采用ABR(厌氧折流板反应器)对苏州市甪直镇以印染废水为主的工业废水进行预处理,以改善其可生化性,为生物处理创造有利条件。分别对水力停留时间为6,10,12,18 h,pH值为6,7,8以及有无颗粒污泥存在等条件进行研究。研究结果表明,水力停留时间在6-12 h,pH值为7,污泥质量浓度为12-15 g/L时,水解酸化效果最佳。
The dye-based industrial wastewater was pretreated using an anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) of Luzhi in Suzhou to improve its biodegradability, and create favorable conditions for the biological treatment. The different conditions are studied including different HRT, that is 6 h, 10 h, 12 h and 18 h, and different pH, that is 6, 7 and 8, and whether there is granular sludge in the reactor. The results show that the treatment effect is the best when HRT ranged from 6 to 12 h, pH is 7, and sludge mass concentration is 12 to 15 g/L.
