两类染料厌氧生物可降解性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨利用现有生活污水处理设施的厌氧污泥,大规模厌氧处理含染料废水的可行性,利用液体置换装置,通过接种未驯化厌氧活性污泥,对5种阳离子染料和4种活性染料的厌氧生物可降解性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,所试验的阳离子染料和活性染料在100和200mg/L质量浓度下COD去除率、厌氧生物可降解性最低分别是96.7%,97.0%,94.0%和94.4%。厌氧反应过程中,脱色效果明显,取样测试时只有双偶氮活性染料BLACKB出现重新着色现象。用现有生活污水处理设施的厌氧污泥接种,处理含这两类染料的废水是可行的。 Anaerobic biodegradability of cationic dyes and reactive dyes (Basic Red 39, Basic Violet 7, Basic Red 18, Basic Blue 46, Basic Green 4, Reactive Yellow 145, Reactive Red 195, Reactive Blue 221, Reactive Black 5) in the unacclimated anaerobic activated sludge draimed from liquid displacement equipment under anaerobic condition was experimentally investigated in this study. The experimental results showed that COD removal and anaerobic biodegradability of cationic dyes and reactive dyes mentioned above at 100 and 200 mg/L dye were at least 96.7%,97.0% and 94.0%,94.4%, respectively. A high decolorization was observed during anaerobic reaction, but only for disazo reactive dye Black-B the color appeared again when the sample was taken from the reactor for testing. It is feasible to treat the wastewater containing the two types of dyes by inoculating anaerobic activated sludge draimed from existing domestic effluent treatment plants.
