摘要
卫生人力的发展水平主要表现在数量、质量和合理的结构上 ,这些重点又在于医学教育的培养层次、规模和专业结构。通过建立数学模型来预测我国 2 0 10年前高、中等医药教育的在校学生数 ,进而测算出 2 0 10年在职的具有正规学历的卫技人员数 ,依据社会发展的客观要求 ,提出近期应扩大医学教育规模、调整专业结构等。
The level of health manpower development is mainly reflected in the quantity,quality and structures,which is dependent on the levels,scope and specialty structure of medical training. A mathematical model was established to predict student number receiving higher and secondary medical education before 2010,and to estimate the number of health personnel with qualified certificates further.It is proposed that the scope of medical education should be increased and specialty structure adjusted recently based on the objective demand of social development.
