摘要
本文以我国城商行的经营转型为研究对象,探索平衡计分卡的应用问题。指出:成功的经营转型需要借鉴先进管理理念,平衡计分卡体现的三大管理理念与我国城商行经营转型的三大需求具有高度一致性。同时,文章在平衡计分卡应用最成熟的绩效评价指标体系设计方面,论述了平衡计分卡在我国城商行中的具体应用方法。
This paper looks into the business transformation of city commercial bank and the application of balanced scorecard. First, successful business transformation needs to learn the advanced management concept. Second, balanced scorecard embodied three management concepts with a high degree of consistency of three needs of china＇s city commercial banks. Last,the paper discusses balanced scorecard in the specific application methods from the performance evaluation index system design aspects.
