摘要
某公司的氯化亚砜车间用的一台反应塔,在06Cr18Ni11Ti不锈钢封头与筒体短节焊缝热影响区外的直边段周圈,出现大量较均匀的纵向裂纹,发生介质泄漏。通过现场勘查、微观检测、容器介质分析,以及对反应塔封头制造过程分析等,确定反应塔的这些裂纹属应力腐蚀裂纹,导致开裂渗漏,并提出了相对可行的的修复措施。进一步分析了各类不锈钢的特性及应力腐蚀发生的各种情况,提出了相应的解决和预防措施。
A company has made a reaction tower in thionyl chloride workshop,there are a large number of even longitudinal crack to appear out of welding heat affected zone between 06Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel head and cylinder in the circle of straight edge segment to cause leakage of medium.Through the site investigation,microscopic detection,analysis of container and medium and the manufacturing process of reaction tower head etc,we confirm that these cracks of the reaction tower are stress corrosion cracks to cause crack and leakage,and put forward relative feasible the measures of repair. This paper further analyzes properties of all kinds of stainless steel and a variety of situations of stress corrosion,and put forward the corresponding solutions and preventive measures.
