摘要
通过化学成分、金相组织、马氏体含量、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析等手段,对某304奥氏体不锈钢容器封头开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:封头开裂属于形变马氏体和氯离子共同作用引起的应力腐蚀开裂。提出了相应的改进措施。
Through the metheds of the chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, the content of martensite, SEM and EDAX, the causes of the crack failure on the head of 304-austenitic stainless steel vessel were analyzed. The results show that head crack belongs to the combined action of the deformation-induced martensite and chloride ion which cause the stress corrosion cracking. Relative improvement measures to prevent the occurrence of failure are proposed.
