摘要
通过自编大学生恋爱现状的问卷,从恋爱态度、恋爱动机、恋爱方式、对待婚前性行为的态度以及失恋的应对方式五个方面,对当代大学生的恋爱现状进行了调查分析,探讨了当代大学生的恋爱观和恋爱现状。
Objective To investigate the incidence of bacterial pathogens producing extended spectrum β-Lactamases(ESBLs) and characteristics of their drug resistance in children with pneumonia and to provide a rational basis for clinical use of drugs.Methods The drug sensitivity of ESBL-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli was analyzed using sputum cultures from the lower respiratory tracts of infants with pneumonia hospitalized from January 2007 to December 2010.Results Four hundred and six strains of Gram-negative bacilli were detected from sputum bacterial cultures;126 strains produced ESBLs.Of 163 strains of K.pneumoniae,58 produced ESBLs,accounting for 35.6%.Of 139 strains of E.coli,56 produced ESBLs,accounting for 40.3%.Of 104 strains of other Gram-negative bacilli,12 produced ESBLs,accounting for 4.5%.From 2007 to 2010,strains of ESBL-producing Gram-negative bacilli were detected at each year at a rate of 29.3%,31.6%,30.7%,and 31.9%.There were no significance differences(P0.05) in the rates at which ESBL-producing Gram-negative bacilli were detected over the fours years.ESBL-producing strains were detected in 39.1% of infants under 1 year of age,in 23.8% of infants ages 1-3,and in 20.8% children age 3 and over.The rate of detection differed significantly for infants under 1 year of age and infants or children in the other age groups(P0.05).ESBL-producing K.pneumoniae and E.coli were highly resistant to penicillin,cephalosporins,and aztreonam,moderately susceptible to cefepime and aminoglycosides,and highly susceptible to imipenem,levofloxacin,and piperacillin/tazobactam.Conclusion ESBL-producing bacteria were mostly Pneumonia K.pneumoniae and E.coli,and these bacteria were highly resistant to most antibiotics.
