中缅边境(西段)阿米巴病流行现状调查 被引量:6

A survey on the prevalence of amoebiasis in Western China near the China-Myanmar border

摘要 目的调查中缅边境(西段)阿米巴病流行现状。方法 2008年8~10月,在中缅边境(西段)整群随机抽样云南省盈江县那邦镇2个自然村和缅甸拉咱市4个自然村,逐户收集双边边民的新鲜粪样,用碘液涂片法镜检溶组织内阿米巴(E.h)/迪斯帕内阿米巴(E.d)包囊,用ELISA方法检测E.h Gal/GalNAc黏附素抗原。结果中缅双边共调查903人,E.h/E.d感染率为1.77%(16/903),E.h感染率为15.17%(137/903)。其中调查中方边民286人,E.h/E.d和E.h感染率分别为1.40%(4/286)和11.89%(34/286);调查缅方边民617人,E.h/E.d和E.h感染率分别为1.94%(12/617)和16.69%(103/617);中缅边民E.h/E.d感染率和E.h感染率差异均无统计学意义(χ2E.h/E.d=0.34,χ2E.h=3.51,P均>0.05)。结论中缅边境(西段)阿米巴病流行严重。 Objective To reveal the current prevalence of amoebiasis in Western China near the China-Myanmar border. Methods An epidemiological survey was carried out by clustered random sampling of 2 natural villages in Nabang Township,China and 4 natural villages in the City of Laiza,Myanmar near the China-Myanmar Border from August to October,2008.Fecal specimens were individually collected from the sampled villages house by house.Cysts of Entamoeba histolytica(E.h)/Entamoeba dispar(E.d) were detected microscopically using iodine.Antigens of E.h,i.e.galactose or N-acetyl-D-galactosamine-binding lectin,were detected using ELISA.Results A total of 903 inhabitants from both sides of the border were investigated.The general rate of infection with E.h/E.d was 1.77%(16/903) and the general rate of infection with E.h was 15.17%(137/903).Of the 903 inhabitants,286 were Chinese and 617 were Burmese.The Chinese rate of infection with E.h/E.d and E.h was 1.40%(4/286) and 11.89%(34/286),respectively.The Burmese rate of infection with E.h/E.d and E.h was 1.94%(12/617)and 16.69%(103/617),respectively.There were no significant differences between Chinese and Burmese in terms of the rate of infection with E.h/E.d and E.h(χ2E.h/E.d=0.34,χ2E.h=3.51,both P0.06).Conclusion Amoebiasis is heavily prevalent in Western China near the China-Myanmar Border.
