摘要
胰岛素是机体代谢合成的关键激素,在人体的新陈代谢过程中发挥着独特的作用,其通过与胰岛素受体结合发挥效应.胰岛素受体分布于体内几乎所有细胞表面,行使其各种功能.子宫内膜上同样存在胰岛素受体;子宫内膜癌又是女性生殖系统三大肿瘤之一,因此两者之间可能存在联系.该文就胰岛素及其受体与子宫内膜癌的关系作以综述.
Insulin is the key hormone to promote anabolism and plays a unique role in the metabolism by bonding with insulin receptor （IR）. IR is found on the surface of almost all of cells, including endometrial cells. Endometrial carcinoma is one of the three tumors in female reproductive system, so there may be association between them. The article made a review on the relationship between insulin and its receptor and endometrial carcinoma.
