摘要
以反相HPLC法分离测定雌三醇(E3)栓剂中E3的含量,采用WatersNora-ParkC18柱,用氯霉素作内标,甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,方法准确简便。E3的回收率为101.5%,RSD为1.78%。
A RP HPLC method was used for the determination of estriol suppositories, using methanol water(50∶50) as mobile phase and chloramphenicol as internal standard. Detection wavelength was 280 nm. The average recovery of estriol was 101.5% with RSD of 1.78%.
