摘要
通过测定不同晶态对乙酰氨基酚原料的弹、塑性比值(ER/PC)、压缩能比和脆性破碎指数(BFI),定量考察了片剂的成型能力和裂片趋势。实验数据表明:用ER/PC、能量比和BFI数据预测片剂裂片的临界值分别为1.5、15%和0.5。由于对乙酰氨基酚结晶属脆性破碎性材料,具典型的摩尔体压缩特性,这是发生裂片的主要原因,尤其是针状结晶的裂片趋势最大。可通过添加塑性流动性材料或制成颗粒来改善该不良性质和预防裂片。
The tendency of capping and lamination of paracetamol tablets with different crystal states was investigated by ER/PC (elastic recovery/plastic compression), ratio of energy (elastic energy/binding energy) and BFI (brittle fracture index). The critical values of the ER/PC , the ratio of energy and BFI for predicting capping and lamination were 1.5,15% and 0.5 in experiments. The results showed that the paracetamol powder with needle shaped crystal had greater extent of capping and lamination than those of others because it has a typical Mohr body compression behavior and has brittle fracture bonding characte ristics. The extent of capping and lamination may be improved by mixing plastic excipients or being granulated with adhesives in tablets making.
