TDI对聚丙烯/木粉复合材料性能的影响——木粉粒径的影响 被引量:2

Effects of TDI modification and grain size of wood flour on the PP/wood flour composites

摘要 采用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)改性木粉并制备聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合材料,研究了不同粒径的改性木粉对PP/木粉复合材料力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,TDI可以改善木塑复合材料力学性能和加工流动性;木粉粒径为120目时,复合材料的综合性能较好,其断面结构较为光滑。 The wood flour with different grain size were modified by toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and polypropylene (PP)/woed flour composites were prepared. The effects of modified wood flour with different grain size on the mechanical properties and process- ing flow behavior of PP/wcod flour composite were studied. The results showed that TDI could improve mechanical properties and processing flow behavior of the PP/woed flour composite significantly. When the size was 120 meshes, the overall performance of composite reach optimization. The section structure of the composite is relatively smooth.
